Rosie Huntington-Whiteley strikes a pose on the cover of Vs.‘ latest issue, hitting newsstands this week.

The 24-year-old English model and actress teamed up with photographer Greg Williams to “create an intimate fashion spread and short film” which will be released exclusively on vsmagazinelive.com.

Julianne Moore, Shailene Woodley, Elizabeth Olsen, and models Helena Christensen and Erin Wasson also each got their own Vs. covers.

The mag features Drew Barrymore‘s first fashion editorial behind the camera, which is the first part in Vs.‘ trilogy called Drew’s Muses – where she picks young talent that inspire her the most.

For this issue, Drew hand picked Shailene!

Rooney Mara and Shailene Woodley arrive at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival‘s Virtuosos Award Tribute held at the Arlington Theater on Friday (February 3) in Santa Barbara, Calif.

The 26-year-old actress was honored “for her dark and provocative performance as Lisbeth Salander in The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo,” while Shailene, 20, was recognized for “bringing an emotional complexity to a character rarely seen at her age in The Descendants.”

The two actresses are expected at this year’s Academy Awards, where both of their films are nominated for Best Picture.

Rooney is also in the running for Best Actress with Glenn Close, Viola Davis, Meryl Streep, and Michelle Williams!

FYI: Rooney is wearing a Louis Vuitton dress with Giambattista Valli shoes. Shailene paired her 3.1 Phillip Lim dress with Pierre Hardy shoes.

Shailene Woodley gets windswept on the cover of Coco Eco‘s January 2012 issue.

Here’s what the 20-year-old actress had to share with the mag:

On being able to reach people through acting: “I think my biggest fear is falling into mediocrity! I think it’s exciting that I have been given this beautiful gift of reaching a lot of people that maybe I wouldn’t have been able to reach through a different outlet in life, and I am so fortunate.

On her environmental style trends: “In my personal life, I only buy used clothes, so thrift stores, trade-in stores, vintage stores…I struggled for a while going on these red carpets, and wearing makeup that didn’t represent my morals…I do wear those fancy dresses and suits, but I am not keeping them. I wear them and then return and then someone else wears and returns, and on, and it’s this beautiful re-use and restore process.”

On her The Descendants co-star George Clooney: “I am so fortunate to have got to know him as a person…He is so incredibly down to earth and he knows that it’s probably intimidating to work with him if you’re a young acor. He goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable, wanted, and necessary.”

George Clooney poses with his Descendants co-star Shailene Woodley at the 2012 Directors Guild of America Awards held at the Grand Ballroom at Hollywood & Highland on Saturday (January 28) in Hollywood.

The 50-year-old actor skipped the red carpet and made his way to the cocktail reception, where he met up with Shailene, Christine Lahti, director Thomas Schlamme, and DGA First Vice President Paris Barclay.
