UPDATE: The Chicago Sun Times reports that Shia’s court date has been moved to Dec. 12th and he has to show up in court!

Here are three brand spankin’ new Indiana Jones 4 movie stills featuring Harrison Ford and his sidekick Shia LaBeouf!

Harrison, 65, can be seen holding a gun and a whip. Shia has his typical greasy hair.

Filming for this movie started all the way back in June when Shia first sported the pompadour.

Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull is set to arrive in theaters on May 22, 2008.

Shia LaBeouf suits up for his new movie Eagle Eye on Tuesday, currently being filmed in Long Beach, Calif. Throughout the day, the 21-year-old actor got his caffeine and nicotine fixes, puffing away on cancer sticks and sipping on coffee and Diet Coke.

Actor William Sadler (Carlton Fog in Traveler, Sheriff Jim Valenti on Roswell) was also on set.

Shia LaBeouf films scenes for his latest movie Eagle Eye in Long Beach, Calif. on Monday.

In between takes, Shia, 21, scarfed down some grub from the food services table. He chomped on a salad and later went back for carrot sticks. Sounds like a health nut… who smokes!

Eagle Eye will open in theaters nationwide on Aug. 8, 2008. Earlier this month, Billy Bob Thornton joined the cast, which already included Michelle Monaghan.

Shia Labeouf takes a banana break between takes on the set of his latest drama thriller Eagle Eye on Monday in Long Beach, Calif.

The film is about a young slacker named Jerry (LaBeouf), who returns home to his single mother (Michelle Monaghan) after the mysterious death of his successful twin brother. They find out that they have been framed as terrorists, and they are coerced into becoming members of a cell tasked to assassinate a politician. Both son and mother must find a way to escape the cell and extricate themselves.

Eagle Eye is scheduled for an Aug. 8, 2008 release.

Shia, 21, is being hit with a misdemeanor criminal trespassing charge and is scheduled to appear in court on November 28.
