Shia Labeouf takes a banana break between takes on the set of his latest drama thriller Eagle Eye on Monday in Long Beach, Calif.

The film is about a young slacker named Jerry (LaBeouf), who returns home to his single mother (Michelle Monaghan) after the mysterious death of his successful twin brother. They find out that they have been framed as terrorists, and they are coerced into becoming members of a cell tasked to assassinate a politician. Both son and mother must find a way to escape the cell and extricate themselves.

Eagle Eye is scheduled for an Aug. 8, 2008 release.

How cute is clearly inebriated Shia LaBeouf in his mug shot??

The Transformers star was arrested early Sunday morning after refusing to leave a Walgreens in Chicago.

The Smoking Gun obtained this mug shot of him at the Chicago Police Department.

Shia, 21, is being hit with a misdemeanor criminal trespassing charge and is scheduled to appear in court on November 28.

Transformers star Shia LaBeouf was arrested early Sunday morning after refusing to leave a Walgreens in Chicago, according to CBS.

Chicago Police News Affairs Officer Laura Kubiak said that security repeatedly told Shia, 21, “several times that he was not welcome in the store and must exit because he appeared to be intoxicated.”

Shia refused to leave the Walgreens at 757 N. Michigan Av. around 2:30 a.m., so a security guard detained him and called police.

After he was arrested, Shia was “very courteous and polite,” and he posted bond before 7 a.m.

Shia was charged with misdemeanor criminal trespassing. He is scheduled to appear in court in Branch 29 on Nov. 28 at 9 a.m.

Shia LaBeouf goes shirtless and shows off his beach bod at a Los Angeles beach earlier this week.

The 21-year-old Transformers star stopped to fill up his Ford truck at a local gas station before tanning, bodyboarding, smoking and reading a script on the beach. Shia was later joined by a mystery male to grab some grub at a nearby pizza parlot.

Labeouf’s next major role is in Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull - the fourth installment of the action-packed franchise due out May 22, 2008. Shia stars in the film alongside Harrison Ford, Cate Blanchett, Karen Allen, Ray Winstone and John Hurt.

Shia LaBeouf revealed the title of the fourth installment of the Indiana Jones franchise for the very first time:

Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull!!!!!

Shia spilled the beans right before presenting “Female Artist of the Year” to Fergie (he accepted the award on her behalf since she wasn’t there) at the 2007 Video Music Awards.

Shia revealed, “So I’ve been sworn to secrecy by Steven Spielberg and George Lucas not to tell you the title of the next Indiana Jones movie. What the hell, I’m 21 and we’re in Vegas, baby, so here it goes. The official title to the next Indiana Jones installment: Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.”

LaBeouf stars in the film alongside Harrison Ford, Cate Blanchett, Karen Allen, Ray Winstone and John Hurt.

The release date for Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull is May 22, 2008.
