Sienna Miller and a new male friend hang out in the SoHo neighborhood of New York City on Wednesday. The twosome shopped at Face Stockholm, American Apparel and Barney’s Co-op. They were also spotted by the restaurant Balthazar, appropriately enough. (Sienna was also seen smoking a cancer stick.)

Earlier this week, one of her fansites threatened to shut down, saying:

“We do not know the whole story behind this affair, and some may argue it is not our place to judge BUT when Sienna can cavort so publicly and so shamelessly with this man who IS married and does have 4 children (including a baby only a few months old) with his wife, my respect for her goes out of the window.

“One minute she says she wants to be taken seriously as an actress and she’s sick of all the false stories about her in the press … and the next she’s topless on a beach with a married man’s hands all over her - come on Sienna, you know the paparazzi are going to be around. If she was serious about being taken seriously she would, well, not display herself so publicly like this. “

It was announced last week that Scarlett Johansson, Keira Knightley, and Sienna Miller will be donating their handbags to Cancer Research UK’s latest fundraising campaign, aiming to get celebrities to auction their designer handbags to raise money for the charity.

Other stars to also donate their handbags include Mischa Barton, Annie Lennox, and Judi Dench.

The star’s handbags will be auctioned on eBay from October 3 to October 14.

British actress Sienna Miller wears a bright red tanktop to her Pilates class in Hollywood on Monday.

Sienna’s pilates pal helped her to her car as they made their way through photographers.

The 26-year-old is currently dating Brothers & Sisters star Balthazar Getty and will begin filming Sherlock Holmes opposite Robert Downey Jr. next month.

After being photographed with Balthazar numerous times in the past few weeks, the pair have limited their public appearances as of late.

The 26-year-old actress is set to star in Guy Ritchie’s new film Sherlock Holmes. Sienna was supposed to star in Ridley Scott’s Nottingham as Maid Marion, but could now finalize terms with Ritchie after the project was put on hold. Nottingham is to be a retelling of the story of English thief Robin Hood.

Sienna Miller can barely control her smile as she leaves the Soho hotel in Central London on Wednesday.

The 26-year-old actress was also seen leaving the Quo Vadis restaurant in Soho, where she took a taxi to her hotel across the road. Upon exiting the hotel, she got into a car with a mystery man (not Balthazar!) and sped away!

Sienna’s stepmother, Kelly Hoppen recently spoke about her daughter’s plans to move out of England to escape the media spotlight, saying, “It’s disgusting that she can not live in her own country. Now she’s going to have to leave the country to get on with life. She can’t live here now!”

Sadie Frost, ex-wife of Jude Law, recently defended Sienna’s relationship with married father of four, billionaire Balthazar Getty.

The fashion designer said, “She’s a nice person. She’s a free spirit. She has been really unfairly treated. Whatever she does in her personal life, that is between her and the other person. It isn’t for the media to persuade the public that she is a bad person.’”

British actress Sienna Miller strolls through central London rocking the baggy jeans look on Friday.

Sienna, 26, recently responded to all of the attention she’s received, saying, “When I’m not working, I want to be myself. I don’t have assistants, bodyguards or even a driver because I try to pretend in my own head that this isn’t happening.”

She continued, “I think a lot of actresses live in this cotton wool world but I’m very free-spirited and I want to be able to live the life I do. I was well known before I had a film out but I don’t court attention. I don’t go to other people’s premieres. I haven’t been out to a club in London for years.”

Sienna Miller takes her dogs out for a walk with her mother Jo in London on Thursday afternoon.

The 26-year-old British actress and her Brothers & Sisters beau Balthazar Getty reportedly have been house-hunting together. The couple viewed a $20 million, four-bedroom, six-bathroom mansion in LA’s ultra-exclusive Trancas Canyon in Malibu.

A source told the Sunday Mirror: “They came in together, and were very touchy-feely. There was a lot of hand-holding.There is a saltwater infinity pool and an open-air shower. Sienna loved that.”
