Sienna Miller, Jimmy Fallon, and Guy Pierce were all in NYC yesterday afternoon filming additional scenes for Factory Girl, which is supposed to be out Dec. 29 of this year. Although, it does appear to look more like a promotional photoshoot of some sort than a filming sequence.

Props to Sienna for walking around the base of a fountain in high-heeled boots. Guy Pearce plays Andy Warhol, Sienna Miller plays Andy’s muse, Edie Sedgwick, and Jimmy Fallon plays Edie’s bud, Chuck Wein. Check out all of the pictures after the jump!

• Madonna told French magazine Paris Match that she plans to adopt a girl from Malawi and children Lourdes and Rocco will help her choose their newest family member. Meanwhile, a judge is set to rule next week on whether to allow the pop star’s controversial adoption of Malawi boy David Banda.
• Whitney Houston’s New Jersey mansion is slated to be sold January 4th at a sheriff’s sale because she is more than $1 million behind on the mortgage and taxes have not been paid this year, according to reports published Wednesday.
• Dreamgirls starring Beyonce Knowles, will be showing exclusively for 10 days at the Ziegfeld in Manhattan before it is released nationwide on Christmas day, and ticket prices are expected to be $25. The high ticket price will also buy the moviegoer 50-page program and look at the lobby exhibition of costume and set designs. WHO’S GOING TO PAY $25 TO SEE THIS MOVIE?

Sienna Miller seemed to be filled with holiday cheer early this year, attending the Cartier Holiday bow celebration earlier today in New York City. Not seeming to faze her was this past weekend’s announcement that she and Jude Law have split “for good.”

One of Jude’s friends spoke out: “The break-up was mutual. They have definitely come to the end of the road. They tried to make it work but it failed.” Knowing their on-again off-again history, they’ll be back together in a heartbeat!

On the other side of the world, while Jude Law was going to the dentist, on-off-on-again girlfriend Sienna Miller was enjoying a dinner date at Parisian bistro La Goulue in New York City. She huffed and puffed away at her ciggy before hailing a cab to whisk her away…

Jude Law was spotted running to feed a parking meter before getting a ticket in Primrose Hill, London this past Tuesday. He was also seen taking a stroll with on-off-on-again girlfriend Sienna Miller’s dogs, Porgy and Bess, at a park in north London a week ago…

In an Entertainment Weekly interview hitting newsstands tomorrow, Sienna speaks out in an exclusive interview:

• On being hounded by paparazzi after Jude admitted to cheating: “I felt like, if this is the sacrifice that I have to make, it can’t be worth it. I have to be able to go to a park and walk my dogs and get a pint of milk. I don’t want security guards. If anything meant that I couldn’t leave my house without 10 men chasing me, then there’s no point. I could be equally happy reading and knitting in the country.”
• On her few movie roles: “It would be really nice to be respected as an actress because I take my job and my work very seriously. But there isn’t a huge body of work for people to look at. Hopefully, as that builds up, then people will start ignoring the lies.”
• On her role as Andy Warhol muse Edie Sedgwick in ‘Factory Girl’: “I know I couldn’t have done any more. I couldn’t have learned any more, studied any more, given any more emotionally.”

Jude Law and Sienna Miller were spotted leaving their home together last night to attend a charity event at the Dorchester Hotel, Park Lane in London, UK. The pair dressed up for the Chain of Hope Annual Autumn Ball 2006 and I’m not body language expert… but where is the love?! More pictures in the gallery!

HOLY LEGS!! Sienna Miller showed just a bit of leg at last night’s second anniversary dinner for British duo Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig (both pictured below) and their label Marchesa. Sienna dressed ultra glam in an empire-line mini-dress by the British label.
