Speaking with Dave, Heidi explained her feud with Lauren Conrad started because, “Originally, she loved my boyfriend [Spencer]. She was, ‘He’s great, I want my dad to meet him. He’s exactly what my dad wants.’ And then the next day on camera, she’s like, ‘If you’re not broken up with him, we can’t be friends anymore.’ And I was like, ‘What? What’ When did this all happen?’

And she had a boyfriend I disliked for two years but it’s not really my business to be like, ‘I like your boyfriend or not.’ I’m a friend and I was there for her. And then we stopped being friends and then all of a sudden, she had this sex tape that was coming out.

The sex tape is of [her ex-boyfriend Jason Wahler], who was on the show. I tried to help her get it back for a year. I told her, ‘You gotta get it back! You gotta do something about this!’ And then all of a sudden he was coming out with it and she didn’t know what to do. And the next thing I know, it’s blamed on me that I made up the sex tape! I’m like, ‘I didn’t film it. I didn’t do it. I’m not trying to sell it. How did it come down on me?’

I think [Lauren] should focus on her own life and try to get her own boyfriend. (audience applauds)”

On Saturday, April 19, Heidi launched her new clothing line, Heidiwood, at LA’s Kitson in a Chloe “color block tank” dress and Chloe “strappy shoe” boots. Seven days later on April 26, at the White House Correspondents Dinner at the Hilton in Washington DC, The Hills villainess wore the same outfit including the same white watch!

Isn’t it a cardinal sin for “celebrities” to wear the same outfit twice? And didn’t boyfriend Spencer Pratt cancel their appearance at the White House??

I guess you gotta make full use of a $4,730 dress and $745 shoes!

MSNBC had reportedly invited Heidi Montag to be a guest at its table at the White House Correspondents Gala but balked when Spencer Pratt demanded first class tickets for the couple when only Heidi was invited.

Spencer canceled Heidi’s appearance, claiming, according to a NY Post source, “It wasn’t ‘A-listy’ enough.”

“We are not having, nor did we invite, any celebrities to sit at our table,” said an MSNBC rep. However, a rep for Heidi and Spencer said, “There was a scheduling conflict so they couldn’t make it - but they always travel together.”

Also expected at various media tables are the Jonas Brothers, Hayden Panettierre, Ashlee Simpson, Pete Wentz, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner.

Spencer Pratt takes Heidi Montag to the exclusive Wolfgang Puck’s “Cut” restaurant at the famous Beverly Wilshire hotel.

Heidi, 21, and Spencer, 24, recently returned from their trip to New York, where they visited MTV’s TRL and went on a date to Central Park.

This past weekend, Heidi launched her new clothing line at Kitson on Robertson Blvd in Los Angeles, Heidiwood.

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are currently in negotiations with MTV for their own “newlyweds” type of reality show, reports the NY Post.

Spencer, 24, was overheard at the Kobe Club on Tuesday night pitching the show to MTV programming head Tony DiSanto.

“Spencer was saying, ‘I want the world to see the real Heidi and Spencer,’ and was emphasizing that the show would be just about them. No Lauren Conrad,”

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt spend a few romantic days in Central Park, New York City.

Together, they rode through Central Park on a white horse and carriage, went boating in Central Park’s lake, and got driven around in the back of a bicycle taxi.

On Wednesday, they also were at the Plaza Hotel. Heidi, 21, and Spencer, 24, then went to the Sony building on Madison Avenue.

After rapping for Nelly, Heidi Montag leaves MTV TRL Studios in Times Square, New York City on Monday.

Earlier this month, Heidi, 21, declared her support for John McCain, but had not yet registered to vote.

But she recently told MTV News, “I am definitely registering to vote. I’ve just been so busy and crazy filming and working on my album and working on my fashion show that I’ve hardly had any time,” she said at the Heidiwood fashion show.

Heidi also shared about her aspiring movie career. “The perfect movie I want to do is like [Jennifer Garner’s character] Sydney Bristow on Alias. I want to be, like, an action star. I want a big gun,” she laughed. “Like Angelina Jolie roles. I want to be the badass.”

She also turned down doing a movie for The Hills: “I’ve never discussed a movie possibility for The Hills…and I’m not sure if for my first movie I’d let Lauren Conrad narrate me, so I don’t think that would be something I would do. If I was doing movies, I’d want it to be with Denzel Washington or something like that. If they were to make a Hills movie, I wouldn’t be in it. No, thank you.”
