The Hills villian Spencer Pratt, aka Heidi Montag’s ex-fiance, just got hooked up with his own advice column for Radar Magazine.

“Spencer is never afraid to speak his mind,” Radar editor Maer Roshan. “When asking for advice, it’s good to have someone who will be brutally honest with you, and tell it like it is.”

Spencer’s new column is named “YO SPENCER!” It will debut in Radar’s April issue, on newsstands March 25, a day after The Hills returns will all-new episodes.

Us Weekly fave Heidi Montag e-x-c-l-u-s-i-v-e-l-y talks to the mag about her two-year romance with Spencer Pratt. Apparently… there’s another girl.

“Spencer and I have really had our ups and downs this past year,” Heidi says. “I’ve definitely been betrayed by friends before, but I’ve never had a boyfriend do this to me… Spencer and I may differ on what it means to cheat.”

Pratt added, “We’re definitely on a roller coaster. I’m not too happy about a lot of things.”

Speidi also have teamed up with Laguna Beach alum Kristin Cavallari. They say she played Cupid for them!

“Kristin made it all happen,” Spencer says. “She said to me, ‘I know this girl who’s so hot and perfect for you!’”

How about a new MTV spin-off reality show featuring Heidi, Spencer and Kristin? YOU KNOW YOU’D LOVE IT!

Conveniently, Lauren Conrad’s rival Heidi Montag and fiance Spencer Pratt attended the L.A. premiere of Paramount’s Cloverfield held at the Paramount Studios Lot on Wednesday in Los Angeles.

Yes, fiance. The wedding is apparently back on–Heidi was seen wearing her engagement ring again!

When asked if they wouldn’t mind crossing paths with Lindsay Lohan, Heidi told USA Today, “I would love to meet Lindsay!”

Spencer happily added he’d love to “share a bottle of water with her.”

Now that the wedding’s on hold, Spencer has to prove he’s really husband material

It was a typical Heidi–Spencer moment as the duo spent Jan. 9 in Los Cabos, Mexico, holding hands and frolicking in front of the cameras. But this wasn’t a trip to scout out wedding spots — or even a sign that their wedding is back on.

In fact, the Hills couple’s engagement and nuptials are still on hold, and their Mexican sojourn didn’t exactly end well. “I’ve been throwing up all night,” Heidi said once she was back in LA. “I just got back from Mexico. I don’t know what I have; I don’t know if it’s food poisoning. I’m just so sick.”

But insiders wonder if it was a stomach bug — or if Heidi’s sickness was really caused by stress over ongoing relationship drama with Spencer. “The wedding planning really broke up the engagement,” an insider says. “Heidi isn’t convinced Spencer understands the meaning of a lifelong commitment.”

What’s in store for Heidi in 2008? She shared her new year’s resolutions recently on her MySpace page: “I just hope everyone is starting 2008 with a fresh clean slate like i am…the past is the past…and it is time for people to move on from negative influences in their lives and be more positive! I know at least i am going to try as hard as possible even when people don’t deserve kindness…i am still going to give them kindness! Also people should try not to judge other people in 2008! …[I vow] to stay way more in-touch with my MySpace friends that are so loving and supportive. I will be trying to answer all my messages this year and respond to all questions!”

Is Spencer Pratt really that bad after all?

The Hills bad boy was in the holiday spirit last week, helping to motivate students and donate money to North Carolina’s Kings Mountain High School, where he attended.

The Charlotte Observer reports that Pratt was accompanied by Ron Feemster, the 26-year-old producer of his girlfriend Heidi Montag’s album. Feemster, aka Neff-U, donated $10,000 and handed out cash to lucky students, including $1,000 to the student with the highest GPA. In all, nearly $20,000 was distributed.

Pratt also spoke to children at the Kings Mountain Family YMCA. Heather Wilson, the family coordinator at the Y, said Pratt was “very inspirational,” “super, super nice” and “down to earth.”

“He said it’s important for the kids to be morally aware of what they’re doing,” Wilson added.”[Pratt spoke about how] God has changed his life and how it’s happened in the past two or three weeks.”

It’s divine intervention, ya’ll!

Just this past Christmas Eve, Spencer helped serve food to the less fortunate at the Los Angeles Mission in Downtown Los Angeles.
