Heidi Montag makes sure husband Spencer Pratt’s 26th birthday gets off to a banging start!

The happy couple joined friends to celebrate Spencer’s 23rd birthday at Cut restaurant at the Beverly Wilshire hotel on Friday (August 14) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Heidi’s gift to her husband was to pose for Playboy, so she gave him the featured copy with a bow on it!

She also arranged for a machine gun birthday cake, which Spencer obviously loved!

Spencer Pratt hams it up for the cameras and shows off his wife Heidi Montag’s latest magazine cover, the September 2009 issue of Playboy.

The Hills couple pimped out the latest Playboy issue on the red carpet at the special screening of G.I. Joe: The Rise Of Cobra held at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre on Thursday (August 6) in Los Angeles.

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are spotted shopping at Kitson Kids in Los Angeles on Wednesday (July 29).

Holly Montag, Heidi’s sister revealed that “She’s not nude,” in the September issue of Playboy. “Her Maxim cover was so gorgeous and tasteful, and I know Playboy is going to be the same,” Holly told Us Weekly.

At the Miss Universe Pageant, the 22-year-old reality TV star will sing one of her singles, “Turn Ya Head,” from her upcoming debut album, Unleashed.

Heidi Montag and husband Spencer Pratt participated in the 32nd Palisades 10K Charity Run on Saturday (July 4th) in Pacific Palisades, Calif.

To celebrate Independence Day, the happy Hills couple showed their true colors by dressing up in stars and stripes. Spencer donned a full Uncle Sam outfit and Heidi wore a hat with a Fourth of July bikini top.

Lauren Conrad signs copies of her new book “L.A Candy” at Barnes & Noble in New York City on Thursday (June 18).

Earlier today on The View, the 23-year-old reality star admitted a dirty little secret about The Hills. On the previous season, Spencer Pratt supposedly apologized to Lauren on the phone for spreading those sex tape rumors.

“To be perfectly honest, I wasn’t on the other end of that call,” Lauren replied. “That was filmed, and I wasn’t on the other end. So I didn’t even know about it until [it was on TV]. So, no, I didn’t get an apology. He lied.”

Heidi Montag and husband Spencer Pratt were put on the hot seat Monday morning when Today Show anchor Al Roker was relentless in his line of questioning. (He basically asked the couple 10x if their “real-life personalities” are all an act.)

“I was shocked at how rude he was - I was crying afterwards because I couldn’t believe I felt personally attacked,” Heidi told Ryan Seacrest. “I wanted to say to him, do you feel proud of how you’re talking to me right now? I’m just a young woman and you’re coming at me so aggressively and meanly [sic] and mean-spirited.”

Added Heidi, “I just wanted to talk about the show and my experience there and how fun it was, and he just made it a very uncomfortable and awful experience. I really would advise women especially to be careful around him because I feel like he definitely came and attacked me and I did not appreciate that at all.”

Rumors are circulating that Heidi Montag was rushed to the hospital after being tortured and refused food and water by the producers of the NBC reality show I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! to the point she was “convulsively throwing up.”

TV producers dismiss the allegations to OK!: “ITV Studios, producers of the series, state that press reports at this time are untrue. ITV has been producing this format around the world for many years and the health of the celeb participants are of the utmost importance. A medic and a doctor are present at the location at all times for all participants. All allegations of the celebrities being deprived of food and water are completely untrue.”

Spencer’s sis, Stephanie Pratt, was the first to tweet that her sister-in-law was “being locked in a dark room for 3 days with no food or water.”
