Former View co-hosts sound off on the news of Whoopi Goldberg being announced as the latest moderator for the talk show gabfest.

“Whoopi is fantastic in every way and perfect for the job,” says Rosie. “She’s amazing and one of my favorites.”

Celebrities came out in droves on Thursday to pick up their free Blackberry Curve (touted as the hottest gadget for summer) at the Los Angeles launch party held at The Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel.

McPhee dressed in in Geren Ford and accessorized her look with a gold Mowana necklace and a ring from Swarovski.
