Taylor Swift Takes Home Five American Music Awards
Taylor Swift cleaned up at the American Music Awards on Sunday (November 22), taking home five awards, including the biggest award of the evening, Artist of the Year.
The 19-year-old singer also won Favorite Female Artist (Country), Favorite Female Artist (Pop/Rock), Favorite Adult Contemporary Artist and Favorite Album.
Tay watched the show via satellite in London’s Wembley Arena, where she’ll be performing tonight in a sold-out show - she accepted Artist of the Year at nearly 4 a.m. London time!
“Music has never been ultimately about competition,” Taylor said. “And to even be mentioned in a category with Michael Jackson, who we will miss and love forever, is an unimaginable honor.
I just want to say that I’m sending my love to the Jackson family, and to Janet for reaching out to me the way that you have. And, to the fans, you have given me so much to be thankful for this Thanksgiving! I hope you guys have an awesome Thanksgiving…..l miss and I love you. Thank you so much!”

Taylor Swift Enters Greeting Card Business
Taylor Swift has one of the most personable and relatable attitudes in the music industry, so it’s no wonder you’ll soon be able to find her in the greeting card aisle!
The 19-year-old country superstar has partnered with American Greetings to create a line of greeting cards, gift packaging, stationery, online photo personalization products and online greetings.
“My idea of a great song is a song that says how I feel better than I could. I feel the same way about greeting cards,” Taylor says. “I’ve always been fascinated by feelings and how we express them to each other. Getting to write and design these cards is a wonderful experience.”
The Taylor Swift greeting cards will be available Spring 2010.

Taylor Swift gets her golden moment in Oscar de la Renta on the December 2009 cover of InStyle, on stands November 20th.
WWD reports that “Readers who hold up the cover to their Web camera will see Swift spring to life surrounded by snowflakes in a 45-second video that ends when she signs her autograph across the screen. ‘We’re using this in an interesting way; it will bring the issue to life,’ noted managing editor Ariel Foxman.”

Taylor Swift Wins Entertainer Of The Year — 4 CMA Awards!
Taylor Swift sparkles in Reem Acra at the 2009 CMA Awards at the Sommet Center on Wednesday (November 11) in Nashville, Tenn.
The 19-year-old SUPERSTAR won all four categories she was nominated in — Music Video, Album, Female Vocalist and the night’s top honor — ENTERTAINER OF THE YEAR! She’s the youngest person to win E.O.T.Y., cementing her place in country music history.
“I want to thank everyone in this room tonight for not running up on this stage,” Taylor joked during one of her acceptance speeches.

Taylor Swift Wins Song Of The Year
Taylor Swift win the Song Of The Year award for “Love Story” at the 2009 BMI Country Awards at BMI on Tuesday (November 10) in Nashville, Tennessee.
The 19-year-old country singer won the award for the second year in a row at the BMI Country Awards. “I just want to say to every songwriter and every loved one of a songwriter, thank you, because you are the reason I wanted to try Nashville,” she said. “You are all my heroes.”
Taylor is also up for the CMA Entertainer of the Year award tonight (November 11) along with Kenny Chesney, Brad Paisley, George Strait and Keith Urban.
