Taylor Swift will be performing her hit song “You Belong With Me” at tonight’s 2009 MTV Video Music Awards and details are starting to leak out.

“Taylor will be walking out of the subway and jumping on top of a taxi,” a source tells JustJared.com exclusively. “And then she finishes the song on the taxi with some dancers on it. She already filmed the segment where she’s singing on the subway.”

Can’t wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Janet Jackson’s tribute to Michael Jackson is rumored to go on before Taylor’s performance. Lady Gaga’s medley of “Love Game” and “Paparazzi” is also rumored to be right after Taylor’s performance.

Earlier today, the Taylor tweeted, “VMA’s! I’m walking around Radio city music hall like a little kid at the aquarium. This is too awesome.”

Taylor Swift performs her first headling Fearless Tour at a sold-out show held at New York City’s Madison Square Garden on Thursday (August 27). Her biggest concert venue to date!

The 19-year-old country cutie met up with Just Jared backstage, where Rihanna sent her roses.

The concert was amazing with all of the snappy on-stage costume changes and constant hair whipping (Taylor said she has super strong neck muscles now because of it). The closing number ended with a splash (literally) with Taylor dancing and singing under a waterfall, which intermittently displayed cut-outs of her lyrics in the water. I die.

Tonight, Taylor plays another sold-out show at Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, CT.

Rihanna steps out in a pair of Christian Louboutin “Deva” suede boots while reportedly visiting a surgeon’s clinic on Thursday (August 28) in Long Island, New York.

When asked if if she had any surgery done, the 21-year-old Bajan babe laughed.

Later in the evening, country cutie Taylor Swift played a sold-out show at NYC’s Madison Square Garden. After the concert, she wrote on her Twitter, “Rihanna sent me roses. How amazing is she?! Most. Amazing. Night. That’s what I’ll look back on when I’m old.”

Taylor Swift and Katy Perry grab dinner together at Hakkasan restaurant in London on Sunday (August 23).

The super sweet singers shared a hug after dinner before leaving in separate cars. On the ride back to her hotel, Taylor took to her Twitter to say: “@katyperry really puts the ‘fun’ in Fundon.”

Katy retweeted Taylor’s message and added, “LYLAS! C u @ the VMA’s bbgirl! (TS is an angel!)”

Katy, 24, and Taylor, 19, both performed earlier in the day at V Festival, England’s annual music festival.

Taylor Swift must be a top contender for “Nicest Celebrity Ever” after the stunt she pulled outside her London hotel on Friday night (August 20).

The 19-year-old country cutie treated all of her waiting fans to dinner including ten Domino’s pizza pies, several boxes of cookies, and cartons of milk. Everything was delivered but Taylor took the time to hand it all out to her fans!

T.S. fan Rojan tweeted, “Taylor Swift bought me and other fans pizza for dinner….then she gave me cookies and milk, haha. XD She is like epic. I love you.”

Tomorrow and Sunday, Taylor has sold-out concerts to play at “V-Fest (Hylands Park)” in Chelmsford, UK. Then she’s off to play another sold-out concert at NYC’s MADISON SQUARE GARDEN.

Taylor Swift goes to and from the GMTV studio in London, England on Friday (August 21).

The 19-year-old country sensation talked to GMTV about trying to stay normal despite all of the fame and success. “It still feels very surreal to me… you know, when it all hits me, because I just try to keep my life as normal as possible,” she said. “I still go to the grocery store. I still do all the things that I used to do, it just takes a little longer and I’m talking to a lot more people and signing autographs now.”

Taylor Swift sings the classic song “Tonight” in a West Side Story inspired promo for the 2009 MTV VMAs.

“My version of ‘Tonight’ was pretty theatrical, because I listened to the song and I heard the song and I’m just like, ‘There’s no way to do this and not play it up,’ ” the 19-year-old country cutie said. “When we were in the studio recording, it I just kind of went all out — all show tunes. I am obsessed with Broadway, so I was pretty excited about getting to sing this song.”

True story: I clutched my chest towards the beginning of the video because I was so touched. A few seconds later, Taylor also clutched her chest. OMG.

Taylor Swift just re-released this touching self-made and self-directed music video for “The Best Day”, off her triple-platinum album Fearless.

The vid features childhood (and some recent) footage of the 19-year-old country cutie, her mom Andrea and younger brother Austin. Check out the tribute to Taylor’s mom below!
