Felicity Huffman hosts a bridal shower at her Hollywood Hills home for Eva Longoria. Guests including Desperate Housewives stars Teri Hatcher, Marcia Cross, and Nicolette Sheridan.
Unmarried guests participated in a toilet paper wedding dress competition. Teri picked up top prize as judged by Eva!
Eva is all set for her 7-7-’07 nuptials in France with fiance basketball star Tony Parker.

Teri Hatcher (in Valentino) steps out with director boyfriend Stephen Kay at for the 6th Annual Comedy For A Cure in Hollywood on Sunday.
Long-time supporter Hatcher returned as honorary chair for Tuberous Sclerosis Alliance and host for Comedy for a Cure. She wore shoes from Versace.
The evening began with a VIP celebrity cocktail reception, continued with silent and live auctions and concluded with a comedy cabaret show. The event was held at The Music Box @ Fonda Theatre in Hollywood.
Tidbit: Kay was Eva Longoria boyfriend in 2004 when he directed her in a television movie, The Dead Will Tell.

Susan (Teri Hatcher) drives the family van into the lake with fiance Ian (Dougray Scott) riding shotgun. A shirtless Mike Delfino (James Denton) has to dive in and fish the bickering couple out.
SpoilerFix tidbits: Tom feels threatened by the interest a new Scavo’s Pizzeria employee (Jason Gedrick!!) shows in Lynette; Lynette and Tom will both go to the doctor’s as one has back problems, the other is dehydrated, etc. When the doctor inquires how the injuries happen, they’ll say… “bad sex.”
I hope Jason Gedrick becomes a series regular. He deserves it after all of the canceled series he’s starred in! Desperate Housewives episode “Liaisons” airs Sunday, April 15 @ 9PM ET/PT on ABC.
Desperate Housewives actress Felicity Huffman released her book “A Practical Handbook for the Boyfriend” last night at Iconology in Los Angeles, Calif.
Says Felicity: “We started writing the book because we wanted it to help guys figure women out. We weren’t presenting ourselves as experts. The book is a little bit of advice and a lot of funny. We thought women would read the book, and hopefully they’ll give it to their guys.”
Her Desperate co-stars were on hand to celebrate including Eva Longoria, Teri Hatcher, Nicollette Sheridan, Andrea Bowen, and Brenda Strong.
Noticeably missing was Marcia Cross, who’s still on bed rest until she gives birth to her twins (rumored to be girls) in April. Check out more pictures from Felicity’s book launch here!
As for Wisteria Lane, Nicollette’s scheming character will take the lead in season three, while Marcia (Bree) is on maternity leave.
Says executive producer Marc Cherry: “Nicollette has been bumped up to front and center. There was a line in the pilot episode two years ago about how Edie had a son and he’s finally going to come and stay with her.”
Teri Hatcher helped co-host The 2006 Women’s World Awards with Former Soviet President Mikhail Gorbachev (above), who also serves at the President of the World Awards. Teri, 41, looked fantastic! The glamorous gala was held at The Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City last night. More pictures in the gallery!

- Bree (Marcia Cross) and Orson getting engaged

- Bree’s son Andrew (Shawn Pyfrom) taking up hustling of sorts (prostitution, most likely)
- Josh Henderson (Over There) plays Austin, Edie’s (Nicollette Sheridan)18-year-old nephew
