Thomas Beatie, aka Pregnant Man, gave birth to his second child, a baby boy, early Tuesday morning, reports 20/20.

Sources say it was a “natural childbirth,” just a few days before the expected June 12 due date.

Beatie’s wife, Nancy, will be breastfeeding their son, as she did with their daughter, Susan Juliette, who was born last June.

The name for the baby hasn’t been decided yet.

Thomas Beatie, aka The Pregnant Man, and his wife Nancy pass through Madrid airport in Spain on Friday.

Nancy carried their daughter Susan, 5 months tomorrow. Thomas recently announced that he is pregnant with the couple’s second child. The new baby is due on June 12.

Thomas and his family continue to make the rounds, going to interview after interview. They are set to make an appearance on a Spanish television show.

Thomas Beatie, aka “Pregnant Man“, and his wife, Nancy Beatie, are expecting a second bundle of joy after welcoming their daughter Susan back in June.

“I feel good,” says Beatie, who was born a woman but is now legally a man. “I had my checkups with my hormone level, as far as the HCG. And everything is right on track.” (The baby is due June 12.)

Thomas Beatie, aka The Pregnant Man, gave birth today to a healthy baby girl!

No other details were give about the transgendered man or his new baby joy.

Here’s some backstory: Beatie was born a woman, had his breasts removed, received male hormones, and legally changed his gender from female to male. He kept his female sex organs and married a woman, Nancy.

“I feel it’s not a male or female desire to have a child. It’s a human need. I’m a person and I have the right to have a biological child,” Beatie has said.

Thomas Beatie and his wife Nancy are a happily married couple and are expecting their first child. But it’s the husband, Thomas, who’s pregnant.

Despite having his gender changed from female to male, Thomas, 34, kept his female sex organs intact because he hoped to have a child some day.

“I actually opted not to do anything to my reproductive organs because I wanted to have a child one day. I see pregnancy as a process and it doesn’t define who I am,” Thomas told Oprah. “I feel it’s not a male or female desire to have a child. It’s a human need. I’m a person and I have the right to have a biological child.”
