Tom Hardy wraps his arm around Noomi Rapace and director/producer Ridley Scott outside 34 Restaurant on Friday (January 13) in London, England.

Flack, a homeless charity the 34-year-old British actor supports, recently raised more than £45,000 in five weeks to prevent its closure.

The organization’s creative director, Kirsten Lavers, credited Tom and a “terrific team effort” to help secure the charity’s future.

“Much of it is down to our patron, Tom Hardy, and his fans. They have sent donations from all over the world,” she told BBC News. “It’s really quite humbling.”

Tom Hardy suits up for the European premiere of The Iron Lady, held at the BFI Southbank on Wednesday (January 4) in London, England.

The 34-year-old English actor, who will hit the big screen next opposite Reese Witherspoon and Chris Pine in This Means War, watched as Meryl Streep took on the role of Margaret Thatcher.

The action/adventure movie, directed by Christopher Nolan, stars Christian Bale, Anne Hathaway, Tom Hardy, Marion Cotillard, and Joseph Gordon-Levitt.

Here’s the synopsis: Eight years after the events of The Dark Knight, the terrorist leader Bane arrives in Gotham City, pushing it and its police force to their limits, forcing its former hero Batman to resurface after taking the fall for Harvey Dent’s crimes.

The Dark Knight Rises will hit theaters on July 20, 2012.

Tom Hardy attends a party for the English National Ballet‘s Christmas performance of The Nutcracker on Wednesday (December 14) at St. Martins Lane Hotel in London, England.

Joining the 34-year-old actor at the event was Romeo and Juliet‘s Douglas Booth.

The Dark Knight Rises director, Christopher Nolan, recently opened up about shooting the action flick’s opening scene with Tom, telling the L.A. Times they “had a lot of fun on it.”

“It was a tricky sequence to shoot but a lot of very talented people worked very hard on it. And I’m thrilled with the result. We shot it in Scotland. We braved the weather – it rains all the time there, a terrible place to do an aerial sequence, which is why no one has sort of done it before,” he teased. “But it really came off. We got very lucky with the weather and a lot of good planning went into it. I think it had a very unique look.”
