According to sources, Shannen Doherty will definitely make an appearance on the new 90210 and may even film scenes with Jennie Garth.

A very reliable and very inside source who works on 90210 tells E! that, “It is happening with Shannen. It’s just a question of how long she’ll shoot, whether it will be one day or ten, and what the storyline will be, but we are working on it and it is a very real thing.”

Another insider close to the negotiations points out: “I want to stress that Shannen has been very, very cool through this whole process. We have seen nothing like the behavior for which she was once famous for.”

While Tori Spelling is signed on to return to 90210, those plans will have to wait a little while. “I’m looking forward to returning to 90210 in a later episode,” Spelling, 35, told People, “but I just had my baby three weeks ago via C-section. So right now I have to focus on recuperating, and my first priority is my family.”

“She’s a miracle,” Tori tells OK! of Stella, now two-weeks-old. “I was on one pill and wasn’t feeling well, so I went off of it. Two days later, the doctor put me on another, and on that one day, we conceived. It was meant to be!”

When asked if she was nervous about the delivery, Tori said, “I was more nervous this time, because I knew that I was going to have a C-section [Liam was also delivered by C-section]. You know, it’s major surgery. Regular birth seems easier to me than having your whole stomach cut open. I always read people are like, “Oh, C-sections are so Hollywood! All actresses do them!” Do you know what a C-section entails? They basically cut you open, remove your insides to get the baby out and literally put your uterus on your stomach and then put it back in. It’s pretty crazy.”

Since then, Tori gave birth to daughter, Stella Doreen (last week on Monday, June 9).

Tori also recently talked to the Sun-Times about her role on the 90210 spinoff:

“Well, the new 90210 just happened for me, so we haven’t filmed anything for the show as of yet. But this show covers everything in our lives, so I’m sure we’ll cover 90210. As for Donna and David, I really don’t know yet what happens with them. When we left the original series, Donna was very into fashion and wanted to be a designer. She had her own boutique. So I’m hoping her career has really taken off because then I’ll get to wear some really cool clothes. Donna has also always been driven, so we’ll see how that affected her marriage and if they have kids.”

Stella Doreen McDermott arrived at 3:13 p.m. PT and weighed 6 lbs 8 oz.

“She’s here!” Tori’s rep tells OK! “She’s a healthy baby girl. Tori and baby are resting comfortably.”

Tori Spelling is currently at at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles, preparing to give birth to her second child with husband Dean McDermott.

“Tori is bursting with excitement,” an insider tells Star. “The doctors have told her to just relax in the hours leading up to her surgery, but she can’t sit still. She is decorating her room with pink sheets and pink flowers to make sure she welcomes her daughter into a warm environment.”

The 35-year-old actress had their first child, Liam Aaron McDermott, on March 13, 2007. Tori was scheduled to bring her daughter into the world via C-section today at approximately 11AM PT.

Tori Spelling shows off her burgeoning baby bump as she and husband Dean McDermott film a scene for their reality show, Inn Love.

The couple headed to Bel Bambino on Robertson Boulevard to buy some nursery items for their latest child they are expecting in June.

Tori, 34, told Fox News about what she’s learned about marriage and about keeping an aura of mystery within it. “Marriage was much easier the second time around; I went through the total freak-out the first time,” she revealed. “The first wedding was such a big event. I think big weddings cause people to freak out, which is a bad start in itself.”

“I think if you know everything about your partner’s sexual history, it takes the mystery out of the relationship. So much of that is getting to know your partner and things evolve on the journey. If you know absolutely everything, you don’t learn what you’re supposed to. I don’t think you should have to tell everything.”
