Life is short, pray hard.

Tori Spelling is now a Reverend! She chats up her honorary prefix and her son Liam’s first dance on her blog:

“So, very exciting weekend for this new mom. I am now officially ordained. Yep, thats right….Reverend Tori Spelling! I did it last week online and my official certificate is in the mail. I’m so proud. I can’t wait to hang it. And, this weekend Chateau La Rue had its very first wedding. I was so honored when the couple asked me to officiate. We did it on the front steps of the Chateau as 40 of their friends looked on seated in a lounge like atmosphere. It was so beautiful as I united Tony and Dex as life partners in love. They wrote their own beautiful vows and there was so much love surrounding them that there wasn’t a dry eye in the driveway! I was beyond nervous though. I’ve done live theater and presented at The Emmys and this by far was my scariest moment simply because they had bestowed such an honor upon me and I didn’t want to let them down. Afterwards, we threw the reception on our grounds where guests dined on tapas of hanger steak, sea bass, veggie lasagna, and tuna tartare. We had amazing Martini’s( thank you Krol Vodka) that we named after the couples favorite Broadway musicals. And, once again our friends at Wilson Creek Winery provided us with their special Almond Champagne. Its the best in the world! Our guests can’t get enough of it. We danced to 80’s,70’s,house, and got a show stopping performance of “Caberet” from one of our grooms. Dean and I took Liam out onto the dance floor and he had his first dance in our arms. The three of us swayed and smiled to Madonna. It was a magical evening of pure love. I will never forget that night and was so proud to witness first hand what I already knew… that Love is pure and true Love knows no gender.As I put Liam down to bed that evening I told him that he will one day find true love. A love that unites him as one with his soulmate. He will be raised knowing that true love is the ultimate and pure love know no age, gender, or race. I’ve found it, Tony and Dex have found it, and I wish love to all that seek it. Don’t ever let anyone tell you who to Love. Only our hearts can dictate that. Congrats again Tony and Dex…we wish you a lifetime of happiness. Love, T”

Tori talks about the unexpected complications with her pregnancy and mending the relationship with her mom, Candy, 61.

15 days earlier than expected, Dr. Jason Rothbart (also Angelina Jolie’s Ob-Gyn) was forced to perform a Cesarean section when Liam’s heartbeat started dropping.

“I asked Dr. Rothbart if he’d do a good job, and he said, ‘Well, Angelina didn’t complain.’ So I was like, ‘If Angelina let him do a C-section in Africa, I am OK. I felt comforted by that.’”

Tori and hubby Dean McDermott celebrate their one-year wedding anniversary on May 7. Congrats to the happy couple!

BTW, Reese and Jake are “DATING!!”

Tori Spelling and hubby Dean McDermott welcomed son Liam Aaron McDermott on Tuesday. (Liam’s middle name is a tribute to Tori’s late father Aaron Spelling, who died in June.)

Says Tori’s rep, “They’re all really happy and everybody’s resting now. Tori and the baby are healthy.”

Liam was delivered via C-section in Los Angeles hospital and weighed 6 pounds, 6 ounces.

Tori’s estranged mom, Candy, was at the hospital for the delivery.

Said bro Randy to Access Hollywood, “They’ve been communicating back and forth. I know my mom is there with her right now. She’s been with her all morning.”

Their relationship looks like it’s on the mend. Congrats to the Spelling gang!

• The ladies of The View yesterday congratulated Star Jones on her new gig with Court TV. “We want to wish Star Jones congratulations. She just got a new job on Court TV and she looks beautiful,” said Rosie O’Donnell, who feuded with Star over her weight loss prior to joining The View.
• Prison Break actor Lane Garrison was charged Thursday with manslaughter and drunken driving for a crash that killed a 17-year-old boy in his car last year. His attorney, Harland Braun, said Lane “has a deep sense of responsibility” and indicated a plea bargain was in the works.
• Marisa Tomei has landed the title role in CBS’s comedy pilot The Rich Inner Life of Penelope Cloud, about an opinionated writer.

Tori Spelling (in Alice + Olivia) and hubby Dean McDermott celebrate the opening of their new bed & breakfast Chateau La Rue on Saturday afternoon in Fallbrook, Calif. The couple are taping for the Oxygen Network’s new reality TV show Tori & Dean: Inn Love.

Gotta hand it to Tori’s TV shows for at least having creative twists to them — so NoTORIous and Tori & Dean: INN Love. Bravo!

Tori, 33, is expecting a baby boy later this month with Dean, 40.

Also in attendance at Tori and Dean’s B&B opening were Lisa Rinna and hubby Harry Hamlin, Grant Show and wife Pollyanna McIntosh, and Kelly Rutherford and hubby Daniel Giersch with 4-month-old son Hermes.

Little tidbits: Rinna, Show, and Rutherford all starred on Aaron Spelling’s Melrose Place (Tori did make guest appearances). Rutherford practices yoga with Lisa Rinna and Desperate Housewives star Marcia Cross.

Beverly Hills 90210 was the first primetime soap to make it big and the first season was finally released on DVD earlier this month. A decade’s worth of drama unfolded for Dylan, Kelly, Donna, Steve, David, Andrea and twins Brandon and Brenda. (Personally, I was a Dylan and Brenda shipper.) Relive all their teenage angst with the DVD, which has all 22 first season episodes along with bonus features (commentary by creator Darren Star, behind the scenes clips, etc…)

Despite reports that Tori Spelling would inherit millions from her father’s $500 million estate, the actress, 33, will get just 0.16 % of the Spelling fortune. Tori’s share – a cash inheritance payment of $200,000, combined with approximately $600,000 in private investments her dad set up for her – is a brush-off Aaron Spelling would never have intended for his only daughter, says a family source. “I believe Candy had a lot to do with what was left for Tori,” the source says of Tori’s mother, who is sole managing executor of the estate.

Us has pictures of Tori Spelling with husband Dean McDermott at an Ottawa dollar store and a local pawnshop this past Sunday.  If I were her and only got $1 million, I’d be shopping discount stores and saving every penny I had too.  Tori is a smart cookie!
