Grey’s Anatomy star T.R. Knight and boyfriend Mark Cornelsen hold hands during the 2008 Elton John AIDS Foundation Oscar Party held at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood on Sunday.

“Mark grew up in a small town close to the Canadian border called Ferndale, Washington. Brought up in an extremely conservative, religious household, Mark received a very negative reception when he came out. His family’s religious views left absolutely no room for understanding or acceptance; there would be no compromise. Mark was ostracized from their lives, and he was left to lead a life of independence at the age of sixteen.

Donating back to his community and excelling academically were always top priorities while in high school. Mark graduated from high school a year early by attending college courses, and he is currently working multiple jobs to help fund his education. He is involved with the ONE campaign to provide AIDS and poverty education globally and is establishing a local chapter. He is eager to become more involved with GLSEN and many GLBT organizations within the Bay Area in the coming months.

Mark is attending San Francisco State University in the fall of 2007 where he will earn a degree in Resort/Commercial Recreation Management with a minor in International Business. He aspires to be the director of an international luxury resort.”

Knight holding hands with a woman, Ellen Pompeo carrying a Whole Foods grocery shopping bag, Chandra Wilson holding hands with son Michael (he turns two this month), Sara Ramirez drinking from a bottle of water, and Patrick Dempsey leaving the set to grab lunch at Farfalla Trattoria Italiana and pick up a newspaper.

The cast that smokes together, um, you can finish that sentence.

T.R. Knight awards Grey’s Anatomy co-star pal Katherine Heigl with the coveted Superstar of Tomorrow title at Hollywood Life Magazine’s Young Hollywood Awards at the Music Box at the Fonda on Sunday night in Los Angeles, Calif.

T.R. also clued us in as to what we expect on the Grey’s finale: “I’m sure there’s going to be some sort of cliffhanger for somebody!” Ha!

A number of Grey’s Anatomy cast members turned out for The GLAAD Media Awards 2007 at the Kodak Theatre in Los Angeles on Saturday night. The show was awarded outstanding individual episode for “Where the Boys Are.”

Kate Walsh looked bangin’ with a new set of bangs and arrived with rumored flame Dave Annable from Brothers & Sisters (it picked up the outstanding drama series award).

Katherine Heigl rocked out a Saturday Night Fever-style white suit by Armani. And Sara Ramirez looked like her curvaceous sexy self!

T.R. Knight opened the show saying, “For gosh sakes, I’m very honored to be here. … I’m angry at the inequality we face every day. I hope I can turn that anger toward our fight to be respected as equals.” *cough* Isaiah Washington *cough*
