Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and her boyfriend Jason Statham head out for a dinner date in Los Angeles on Tuesday (June 8).

The 23-year-old British model-turned-actress left little to the imagination, wearing a sheer black dress as she and her main man left their home together.

Rosie has been busy shooting Transformers 3 (she replaced Megan Fox in the franchise). She was spotted on set earlier in the week but covered up her on-screen clothes with a bathrobe. More Here! »

Michael Bay has officially welcomed Victoria’s Secret model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley to the Transformers franchise.

The 45-year-old director’s site reads, “I would like for all you S4TE fans to welcome [23-year-old British model] Rosie Huntington-Whiteley to the world of Transformers. As some of you might know, she’s the new female lead in Transformers 3. She’s worked with Michael before in his Victoria’s Secret “A Thousand Fantasies” ad.”

FYI: Rosie is replacing Megan Fox in the Transformers films.

How did Rosie get to replace Megan Fox?

Director Michael Bay is friends with Ed Razek, Chief Marketing Officer for Limited Brands, Victoria’s Secret parent. Sources reveal VS has even used Michael‘s house to film commercials.

In fact, this isn’t the first time Michael and Rosie have worked together. Just last year, Ed tapped Michael to direct an action-packed Victoria’s Secret commercial starring British beauty Rosie and other VS angels.
