Nick recently shrugged off these nudie pics telling OK!, “Where’s the scandal? I was in Mexico with my girlfriend celebrating our first anniversary together on a private vacation. It’s not like I was caught with a Mexican hooker. We’ve all gone out and had a few too many and done something stupid. We’ve all made mistakes.”

One word: BANGIN’!

• Dina Lohan, who is often described as a former Radio City Music Hall Rockette, was never a Rockette after all. A spokeswoman for Radio City said a search found no record of Dina Lohan, or Donata Sullivan (her maiden name) ever being a Rockette.
• Fantastic Four star Chris Evans was spotted making out with Friday Night Lights actress Minka Kelly at a launch party Thursday night at the Beverley Wilshire.
• Grey’s Anatomy star Katherine Heigl and ABC are “not seeing eye-to-eye” on her deal, sources say. Heigl, who has long said her per-episode salary should be on par with series stars Ellen Pompeo and Patrick Dempsey, may try to use the box office success of her new film Knocked Up to demand a raise.
• An Us Weekly reporter overheard Paris Hilton in the green room at the MTV Movie Awards saying that host Sarah Silverman is a “effing b*****” following Silverman jokes about her.
• Katherine McPhee is slated to make her feature film debut next year in an independent film called The Last Caller.

Bubblegum smackin’ Nick Lachey checks in at LAX airport on Thursday with Entertainment Tonight correspondent girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo.

The much-photographed lovebirds reportedly caught a flight to Nick’s home state of Ohio to raise awareness about hunger. They’re supposed to tour the Freestore Foodbank distribution center in Bond Hill in the afternoon, and attend the Cincinnati Bengals’ sold-out Taste of the NFL fundraiser at Paul Brown Stadium that night.

Vanessa Minnillo puts the squeeze on her main man, boyfriend Nick Lachey, before catching an American Airlines flight out of LAX airport on Monday morning.

Just last week, the so-far-scandal-free couple shopped for first-birthday presents for the Nick’s niece – and brother Drew’s daughter – Isabella (whose b-day was on March 23) at children’s boutique Petit Tresor in Beverly Hills. They scooped up a pink robe, a tea set, pink-and-gold sneakers and a ballerina-themed puzzle for the baby’s party.

Celebrities came out in droves for music mogul Clive Davis‘ pre-Grammy party at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Saturday night in Beverly Hills — Tyra Banks, Whitney Houston, Ellen DeGeneres with girlfriend Portia De Rossi, Ciara, Vanessa Minnillo with boyfriend Nick Lachey, and JC Chasez (below). Whitney is wearing Roberto Cavalli.

Justin Timberlake backed out of performing because he has the flu. I knew he didn’t look all there on Friday Night at the launch of “JT-TV.” Maybe he got the cooties from K-Fed when they hugged. Anything’s possible, right? I wonder if Justin’s going to be a no show at the Grammys…

Clive found a quick replacement for Justin and tapped Motown music legend Smokey Robinson to perform “My Girl.” (Sidenote: Clive signed UK’s Leona Lewis in a $10 million contract.)

The bigger the star, the less time they spend on the red carpet. It appeared that [Christina] Aguilera only stopped for still photographers and then just kept walking down the red carpet.

We were given warning, “Clive and Whitney are coming down. They’re not going to stop, so get your shot.”

And indeed, they didn’t. A reporter shouted, “Whitney, how are you doing?” She said, without missing a step, “Cavalli, Cavalli,” referring to her dress designer, who also attended the party.
