Whitney over at PopCandy interviewed Veronica Mars‘ Jason Dohring as he was chillaxing on the golf course. Jason gives a little insight on whether or not Mars returns next season or not:

What do you know about whether or not it’s coming back next season? I think if we keep the ratings that we’re at right now … I think we were one of two shows — us and One Tree Hill — to go up in its ratings, so I think that that bodes well for the show. We hit our second-highest numbers ever on the last episode, so I think if we can keep that up,then we can definitely stick around for another year or so.

Last night was the AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME season finale of Veronica Mars (one of the bestttttttttttest shows on television) where we finally learn who caused the bus crash.   Here are two of the best scenes from last night’s episode. "Not Pictured" Synopsis :: After learning the identity of the perpetrator responsible for the bus crash, Veronica hurries to warn others, but ends up putting herself in an extremely perilous situation. Meanwhile, Keith enlists Veronica’s help in his ongoing investigation of Woody and asks her go undercover to get some vital information from Woody’s lawyer. Later, when graduation day finally comes around, Neptune seniors celebrate at a huge party at the Neptune Grand.

Jackie is MIA, Weevil passes algebra, and Keith is one dorky dad! The Veronica Mars season 2 finale (episode "Not Pictured") airs next Tuesday,  May 9 @ 9 PM ET/PT on UPN.  More pictures in the gallery!
