People reported the official break-up last night following Jen & Vince’s being together for more than a year. Reps Stephen Huvane and John Pisani said, “After Jennifer’s trip to London several weeks ago, Jennifer and Vince mutually agreed to end their relationship but continue to be good friends today.” The million billion trillion dollar question: Who will Jennifer Aniston date next??? Vince Vaughn was in Belfast, Ireland this weekend to film a documentary. Vince, 36, interviewed two Northern Ireland politicians, Sinn Fein president Gerry Adams and loyalist politician David Ervine.

Below is Vince and Gerry in front of a mural of the IRA hunger striker Kieran Doherty at Slemish Way. One onlooker said: “You know what it’s like. People see camera crews and they’re immediately intrigued. People heard he was filming on the Falls Road yesterday and then they saw him with Gerry Adams. Vince Vaughn was really friendly, really open. He talked to the locals, signed autographs and had a bit of craic with them. He seemed really interested in the murals.”

David Ervine said of the interview: “We did a spot of filming in Dee Street around a mural depicting people coming to the shipyards. I was explaining to him that years ago we would not have a mural like this because it would all have been about politics and our divisions. I told him that, for me, the mural was the epitome of the change process that is going on in Northern Ireland. The murals are changing. He was taking a break from shooting a film in London with Kevin Spacey to do this documentary and came over for this weekend. There’s no question he’s genuinely interested in the subject. He was telling me his interest was sparked on a previous visit when he took a black taxi tour from the Europa Hotel. He knew nothing about the murals before that trip. I have to say it was really interesting meeting him.”

• Madonna and husband Guy Ritchie left Malawi Friday after gaining custody of a 1-year-old boy they adopted during a weeklong tour of orphanages. Yohame Banda, father of newly adopted boy David, said he is happy for his son and that Madonna and Guy “are a lovely couple.”
• Usher has withdrawn from Broadway musical Chicago because he has a sever case of strep throat. The singer has been sidelined since last Friday and was scheduled to give his farewell performance tomorrow night.
• John Mayer alluded to Jessica Simpson, who he was once rumored to be dating, on his blog yesterday. Mayer said Sheryl Crow should retaliate for a prank he played on her “by dressing up in a blond wig and roller skates, licking an ice cream cone,” a la Simpson in her video for “A Public Affair.”
• Christina Aguilera says her and husband Jordan Bratman will be house hunting in New York when the singer finishes her tour.
• For the first time, CBS’ Criminal Minds drew more viewers than ABC’s Lost. Wow, Lost is going down the tubes.

Jennifer Aniston is still together with Vince Vaughn!

We all knew Vince was not cheating on Jen with producer Kate Packenham. But we didn’t know that Jen would go on Oprah again this year to profess her love for Vince!

According to someone who just left the taping of Oprah, Aniston:

• denied having breast implants
• confirmed that she and Vince Vaughn are still together

• David Bowie has lent his voice to SpongeBob Squarepants. Bowie will play Lord Royal Highness in a SpongeBob special. Apparently his daughter is a huge fan of the show and they watch it together.

Vince Vaughn made his way last night to the 25th hour post party, which is the culmination of the 24 Hour Plays Celebrity Gala at the Old Vic. Vince, 36, schmoozed Kevin Spacey (artistic director of the Old Vic Theater Company) for a good part of the evening. The event was held at the Plaza on the River, Albert Embankment in London, Great Britain. More pictures in the gallery!

Us Weekly is reporting that Jennifer Aniston and Vince Vaughn are kaput. Here’s their story:

After weeks of distance both emotional and real, the relationship ax fell the week of September 9 for Vince Vaughn and Jennifer Aniston. A source close to Vaughn tells Us that the split happened just before the actor left for London to begin work on his holiday comedy, Joe Clause. “It’s not common knowledge, but we’re not together anymore,” Vaughn told the insider September 13, adding that they solidified the breakup in a long phone conversation. “We’ve split up.”

Confirms an Aniston pal: “They’re 100 percent done.”

Soon afterward, Vaughn, 36, canceled plans for Aniston, 37, to visit him in London for a September 23 party, says the source. What went wrong? Source tell Us that the relationship began to unravel almost immediately after Vaughn’s June 27 proposal to Aniston.
